Appellant Jack Ferm ("Ferm") is a nonattorney bankruptcy petition preparer ("BPP"). In the course of preparing bankruptcy petitions for two debtors, Ferm did not include his own Social Security Number ("SSN") on several documents submitted to the bankruptcy court, as required by 11 U.S.C. § 110(c).
