Defendant-Appellant ENSCO Platform Company ("ENSCO") appeals the judgment for Plaintiff, John P. Fontenot ("Fontenot") in this personal injury action. We reverse and remand.

I. FACTS

Plaintiff Fontenot began employment with Weatherford-Enterra, Inc. ("Weatherford") in 1994. Fontenot is borderline mentally handicapped with an IQ of approximately 70. Fontenot's wife died in October 1995, after which he was assigned...
