The appellant, P.M.M.,1 was convicted of second-degree rape, a violation of § 13A-6-62, Ala.Code 1975, first-degree sexual abuse, a violation of § 13A-6-6, Ala.Code 1975, and three counts of first-degree sodomy, a violation of § 13A-6-63, Ala.Code 1975.
