ESPINOSA, Judge.

¶ 1 Appellant Deanna Bazzanella challenges the superior court's denial of her petition for special action relief in which she contested the magistrate's denial of her request for a jury trial on the charge of misdemeanor child abuse pending against her in Tucson City Court. On appeal, she contends the superior court erred in concluding she was not entitled to a jury trial, arguing that child abuse is a crime of moral turpitude...
