TERRIE LIVINGSTON, Justice.

In addition to discovering large sums of cash and a cache of drugs in appellant's garage and attached garage apartment, officers found two loaded assault rifles in the apartment and a pistol (collectively "weapons") in the main residence. Appellant pleaded guilty to charges of possession and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, but pleaded "not true" to allegations...
