This is an appeal of a defendant's judgment in a medical malpractice case. This court affirms.

Count I is an action for personal injuries brought by Cheryl Soper. She alleges she sustained injuries because of negligent medical treatment she received from Ronald J. Bopp, M.D. (sometimes referred to in this opinion as defendant).1
