PER CURIAM.

[¶ 1.] Vincent Fast Horse appeals the denial of his application for habeas corpus relief from his rape conviction. We affirm.

FACTS

[¶ 2.] On the evening of April 2, 1996, Cecelia Tallman was playing volleyball at a school in Allen, South Dakota and was picked up afterwards by her friend, the victim in this matter. Both women were nineteen years old. The victim was driving a car also...
