This matter is before the Court on three issues: (1) defendant General Motors Corporation's motion for partial summary judgment on plaintiffs' claim for punitive damages, (2) defendants' objections to plaintiffs' proposed evidence of other allegedly similar accidents and (3) plaintiffs' motion to bar defendants' expert witnesses. Defendant General Motors has requested oral argument on certain of these motions...
