Stephen Hannigan appeals an order granting summary judgment which dismissed his suit against Sundby Pharmacy. Hannigan alleges that Sundby Pharmacy violated § 146.83, STATS., by failing to provide him with a statement paraphrasing his rights to access his medical records and by failing to maintain proper information regarding requests for his medical records.
