PER CURIAM.

When the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) became receiver for the failing Alliance Bank, the bank's loan files showed that Huffman Hills Development Company (HHDC) owed it money. Alaska Southern Partners, acting as the FDIC's successor, sued to collect the loan. In defense, HHDC successfully asserted that the bank had accepted an assignment of certain third-party notes to satisfy the loan, but had never fully credited...
