In this adversary proceeding, the plaintiffs seek a determination that the debtor/defendant may not discharge a judgment awarded to them for punitive damages arising out of a legal malpractice case. The plaintiffs assert that the judgment is not dischargeable under any of three exceptions to discharge, 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2), (4), or (6).
