Mountain Lakes Bor., 18 N.J.Tax 364 (Tax 1998), this court determined, after the trial of appeals filed by plaintiff with respect to the 1997 and 1998 local property tax assessments on its property in the Borough of Mountain Lakes, that the value of the property was $8,900,000 for tax year 1997 and $9,900,000 for tax year 1998.
