GOLDEN, Justice.

This is an appeal from the judgment and sentence entered November 12, 1997, convicting Appellant Robert C. Sheeley (Sheeley) of three counts of immodest, immoral or indecent liberties with a child, in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 14-3-105. Sheeley's conviction stems from sexual contact with his minor stepdaughter.
