Appellant David Lancelot Jenkins, Jr. appeals his conviction for the offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child. The jury found Appellant guilty of the charged offense and assessed his punishment at 55 years' confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice—Institutional Division.
