Tonnie Williams appeals his convictions following a jury trial in the United States District Court2 for the District of Minnesota. The jury convicted Williams for (1) possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (2) possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
