This matter comes before the Court on the complaint of Frank G. Antonino (the "Debtor") against Thomas G. Kenny (the "Creditor") which seeks sanctions for violation of the discharge injunction under 11 U.S.C. § 524(a)(2). The Court finds that the Creditor did not violate the discharge injunction by his actions to attempt to collect the debt, which was the result of a post-petition, post-discharge...
