In the case at bar, we must determine the dischargeability of a claim under 11 U.S.C. § 523. After a two-day trial, the Court took this matter under advisement. For the following reasons, we conclude defendant knowingly misrepresented his professional status as an architect with the intent to deceive and to induce plaintiffs into hiring him to perform professional architectural services...
