Steven Johnson (Husband) appeals from a final judgment of dissolution, and Denise Johnson (Wife) cross appeals. While numerous issues were raised by the parties, we find only one to have merit. The trial court properly considered the Husband's police pension plan as a marital asset, but erred in its valuation for the purpose of equitable distribution. The only evidence of the value of the police pension plan related to actual cash contributions. No evidence...
