MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

SHADUR, Senior District Judge.

Patricia Farrow ("Farrow") has charged her former employer Humana Health Plan, Inc. ("Humana") with race-based employment discrimination (she is African-American) as well as with retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended ("Title VII," 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-171) and 42 U.S.C. § 1981 ("Section 1981")
