[¶ 1] Ervin Ratajczak appeals from an order adopting a judicial referee's decision awarding Beverly Jorgenson $11,614.30 in attorney fees for proceedings stemming from a prior appeal in their divorce action. We hold Jorgenson's request for attorney fees for the prior appeal was timely, and the trial court did not err in adopting the referee's decision awarding Jorgenson attorney fees for those proceedings.
