No. 99-154.

730 So.2d 387 (1999)

DIVERSIFIED INVESTMENTS OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, INC., Appellant, v. William M. ELLINGHAUS, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

April 7, 1999.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Akerman, Senterfitt & Eidson, George Volsky, Laura Thomas Rivero and Alise M. Johnson, for appellant.

Steven M. Goldsmith (Boca Raton); Imogene M. Synon, for appellee.

Before GERSTEN, GODERICH and GREEN, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Because the appellant has failed to demonstrate an abuse of discretion, Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.230; Union Cent. Life Ins. Co. v. Carlisle, 593 So.2d 505 (Fla. 1992), we affirm the trial court's denial of the appellant's motion to intervene.
