In this original proceeding, we hold the Texas version of the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act (the TUCCJA) does not permit the trial court to exercise jurisdiction over the bill of review petition brought by two former parents seeking to set aside the final judgment terminating their parental rights.
