OPINION

TOM GRAY, Justice.

A man turned his pickup over in a ditch while following a friend home. Troopers with the Department of Public Safety found the man very intoxicated and stumbling along the road. He was arrested and immediately taken to jail. An empty cooler and empty beer cans were found at the scene of the accident. The friend described the man as slightly intoxicated prior to the wreck and testified...
