¶ 1 Phoenix Indemnity Insurance Company ("Phoenix Indemnity") appeals the trial court's denial of its motion to intervene in a damages hearing held to determine the extent of its insured's liability for an automobile accident in which Plaintiff Jose Luis Mora was injured.
