[¶ 1] This matter is before the Court on report, pursuant to M.R. Prob. P. 721 from the Cumberland County Probate Court (W.Childs, J.) to review a decision of that Court (D.Childs, J.) regarding applicability of the rule against perpetuities and the rule against accumulations to the Robert C. Moore Testamentary Trust.
