This matter was settled by entry into a settlement agreement dated April 7, 1998. In relevant part, the settlement agreement provided that plaintiff's pension realized as a New York City firefighter was subject to distribution in accordance with Majauskas v Majauskas (61 N.Y.2d 481 [1984]).
