Appellant Chiamp and Associates, P.C. (the Chiamp firm) appeals by leave granted from the Court of Claims' order denying its motion to withdraw from representing intervening plaintiffs. MCR 2.117(C)(2).

The order before us represents only the most recent of the Chiamp firm's ongoing efforts to extricate itself from a lawsuit initiated by its former associate, Charlene Snow. There have been two motions...
