The plaintiff, Sharon Compton, seeks certiorari review of a discovery order rendered by the trial court in her medical malpractice suit. She asks this court to quash the order because it requires her to produce privileged documents, which are unrelated to the issues in this case. We grant the review, and quash that part of the discovery order which ordered production of Compton's Last Will and Testament.
