[¶ 1] Bryant Richard Garrett appeals from a judgment entered in the Penobscot County Probate Court (Woodcock, J.) granting a petition for probate of a will of Frank Siebert, Jr., dated November 25, 1997. Garrett contends that the court applied an improper standard in determining Siebert's testamentary capacity and that the court's factual finding that he possessed testamentary capacity was clearly erroneous.
