Dexter Heath was convicted by a jury of two counts of possession with intent to distribute controlled substances (crack cocaine and powder cocaine) and one count of using a firearm in relation to drug trafficking. During the trial, the district court admitted evidence of an earlier incident at which Mr. Heath was in the company of others, one of whom possessed crack cocaine. Mr. Heath challenges the district court's admission of that evidence...
