This is an appeal from a trial court's admission of evidence, specifically three pounds of marijuana. After an evidentiary hearing, the trial court denied Martin Renteria's motion to suppress. Renteria was tried and found guilty. He was sentenced to two years confinement and fined $500.00. Appellant's confinement was suspended, and he was placed on four years probation.
