EDWARDS, Judge.

Defendant Stephen Bolton appeals his conviction for theft. We affirm.

Defendant was charged with a violation of La. R.S. 14:67.10, theft of goods valued at over one hundred dollars. Following his arraignment and plea of not guilty, he was tried by a jury which found him guilty as charged. The trial court sentenced defendant to two years at hard labor, with credit for time served; subsequently, the state filed a multiple offender bill of information...
