Michael Jackson appeals from the order of the circuit court dismissing his action against Associates Financial Services Company of Wisconsin, Inc. (Associates). The court held that the home improvement contract he made with James DeWitt, who assigned his interest to Associates, was not a negotiable instrument and Jackson could not seek relief under Wis. ADM.
