In 1994, Shannon Shaw pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than one gram of LSD, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846, and the district court1 sentenced him to thirty months' imprisonment and five years' supervised release.
