¶ 1. Jimmy Ratliff was charged then convicted in the Circuit Court of Alcorn County on the charge of sale of marijuana. He was sentenced to serve twenty-seven years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and to pay a fine in the sum of $5,000.
