The plaintiff, Matthew C. Bolden, appeals a decision by the Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC), which denied Terrebonne Parish School Board's (the defendant) exception raising the objection of lack of subject matter jurisdiction, sustained its exception raising the objection of prescription and dismissed Bolden's disputed claim for compensation. After a thorough review of the record and applicable law, we find no error in either of the OWC's findings...
