In connection with the homicide of Ricky Wyatt, the grand jury returned a multi-count joint indictment against Lashay Adams (Appellant), Paul Ray and Christopher Thompson. Thompson pled guilty to voluntary manslaughter, and he testified for the State at the joint trial of Appellant and Ray. The jury acquitted Ray, but found Appellant guilty of all offenses.
