I. INTRODUCTION

The Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED) appeals a superior court order modifying Kevin L. Dillon's monthly child support payments. CSED contends that the court should have made its order effective as of the time Dillon received CSED's Notice of Petition for Modification. We agree.
