¶ 1. Here, we consider whether notice of claim to the chairman of the Mississippi Gaming Commission is sufficient to satisfy the pre-suit notice of claim requirements under the Mississippi Tort Claims Act, Miss.Code Ann. §§ 11-46-1 to -23 (Supp. 1998).
