This is an appeal from the amended judgment in favor of Potlatch Corporation following a jury trial on claims of breach of contract and breach of warranty. We conclude that the district court should not have allowed amendment of Potlatch's complaint to add allegations that Beloit Corporation acted in bad faith in soliciting the contract and through misrepresentations occurring during the parties' negotiations...
