[¶ 1] Plaintiff Richard Bourgeois appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Marden, J.) in favor of defendants, Great Northern Nekoosa Corporation (Great Northern) and Colwell Construction Company (Colwell).
