Appellant was charged by indictment with the offense of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, namely cocaine, in an amount over 400 grams. The trial court originally set bail in the amount of $10,000,000.00. Appellant filed an application for pre-trial writ of habeas corpus seeking a reduction of bond. After a hearing on appellant's application, the trial court reduced the amount of bond to $2,500...
