Plaintiffs-Appellants (Plaintiffs) appeal from the circuit court's September 23, 1997 "Judgment By: Order Granting Defendant Hidehiro Muramoto's Motion for Summary Judgment Filed August 20, 1997." We affirm.

This opinion decides that when "A" parks his car on beachfront land owned by "B" and then walks on "B's" land to the public beach and along the public beach fronting "B's" neighbor's land to the public beach fronting...
