SMITH, Judge.

We shall here affirm the judgment of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, which dismissed with prejudice consolidated suits brought by appellant Steve Nam, individually and as personal representative of the estate of his deceased daughter, Elizabeth Nam, and appellant Sunny Nam, his wife, (the Nams) against a number of health care providers.

There were two suits growing out of the same incident....
