ENTRY ORDER

The State appeals the district court's decisions in these consolidated interlocutory appeals suppressing defendants' breath test results. The court ruled that under 23 V.S.A. § 1203a, suppression was required where the officer failed to inform a DUI suspect that an independent chemical test would be paid for by the defender general if not paid for by the suspect. We reverse.
