No. 44128-1-I.

991 P.2d 94 (1999)

98 Wash.App. 521

Bobbie Jo BRANDLI, Respondent, v. Johnny Lee TALLEY, Petitioner.

Court of Appeals of Washington, Division 1.

Publication Ordered December 21, 1999.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Thomas C. Kruse, Everett, for Appellant.

Kenneth E. Brewe, Everett, for Respondent.

PER CURIAM.

When a parent acquires significant wealth through the income of his or her new spouse, that wealth may justify a deviation from the standard support calculation. Thus, the lower court in this case erred when it refused to consider wealth Bobbie Jo Talley, nka Bobbie Jo Brandli, had acquired through her husband's income when deciding whether to deviate from the basic child support obligation. The decision of the lower court is reversed and remanded.
