As Janet A. Seville left work, she slipped and injured herself on an icy public sidewalk outside the building occupied by her employer, Holland America Line Westours, Inc. (Holland America). Seville sought workers' compensation benefits, but the Alaska Workers' Compensation Board denied her claim, concluding that the sidewalk was neither part of Holland...
