Appellant Charles W. Armentrout, III was convicted by a jury in the St. Louis City Circuit Court of murder in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, and two counts of armed criminal action. The trial court sentenced Appellant to death for murder in the first degree and to three consecutive life sentences for the other offenses. Because the death penalty was imposed, this Court has exclusive jurisdiction of the appeal. MO. CONST...
