Debbie Hux and her son Nicholas Brandt appeal the district court's2 grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants in their civil rights suit against the City of Prairie Grove (the "City"), its police chief Robin Casey, its mayor Andrew Bain, and its attorney, Boyce Davis. We affirm the judgment of the district court.
