The defendant, Gregory Davis, was charged August 14, 1997, with simple burglary. He was arraigned August 18, 1997, and pled not guilty. On October 10, 1997, the trial court found no probable cause for simple burglary, but found probable cause for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. La. R.S. 14:62.3.
